These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Tempest Labs website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our associated policies.Research Use Disclaimer
All products supplied by Tempest Labs are intended strictly for research and educational purposes only.
Products are not intended for human or animal consumption or administration. No medical or therapeutic claims are made, and products are not represented as approved therapeutic goods.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchases and any intended research activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations and research guidelines in their jurisdiction.
Tempest Labs does not guarantee that any product is suitable for a particular research application.
Product Packaging & Availability
Products are supplied in securely packaged, discreet, plain packaging intended for laboratory research use.
Unless otherwise specified on the individual product listing, peptide research kits contain 10 sealed vials of the selected product and strength.
Products are sold in the formats and quantities specified on their respective product pages. Single vials are not available where a product is listed exclusively as a multi-vial kit.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, specifications, quantities and ordering requirements before completing a purchase.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, that you are legally permitted to make the purchase, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Tempest Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where necessary, including where an order cannot be fulfilled or may breach applicable requirements. Where payment has been collected for an order that is cancelled, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with relevant laws.
Shipping & Delivery
Tempest Labs ships to most international destinations, subject to shipping availability and applicable restrictions.
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
Australia: Approximately 2–3 weeks.
United States: Approximately 2–3 weeks.
New Zealand: Approximately 3–4 weeks.
Other destinations: Approximately 5–9 business days under normal conditions, potentially extending to 12–15 business days where customs processing or other delays occur.
All timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking information is generally provided within 2–3 business days of order fulfilment. Tracking may initially show limited updates while the parcel moves through the shipping network.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and checking that the products ordered may legally be imported into their destination.
Tempest Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or other external circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Due to the nature of our research products, change-of-mind returns and refunds are generally not accepted, including for incorrect ordering or failure to review product information before purchase, subject to any non-excludable rights under applicable law.
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or appears to be missing products, contact Tempest Labs within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence.
For claims involving missing, damaged or incorrect items, full, unedited video footage showing the parcel being opened from start to finish is strongly requested to assist with verification. Additional photographs or documentation may also be requested.
Claims will be reviewed individually. Where a claim is substantiated, an appropriate remedy may be offered in accordance with applicable law.
Unauthorised chargebacks may be disputed using relevant order and delivery records. Customers are encouraged to contact Tempest Labs first to resolve any order concerns.
Product Quality & Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
Products are sourced from suppliers that conduct internal quality testing. All supplied products are sold at a minimum of 98% Purity. Tempest Labs may also arrange independent verification to assess product consistency and quality.
Certificates of Analysis are not routinely supplied with orders. Batch-specific or updated third-party testing may be requested, subject to laboratory availability and an additional fee.
Any applicable testing costs must be agreed upon and paid before testing proceeds. A COA will be provided only once the requested testing has been completed and the relevant documentation is available.
Testing availability, scope and results may vary by product and batch.
Privacy Policy
Tempest Labs collects only the personal information reasonably required to process orders, provide customer support and operate the website. This may include your name, contact details, billing and shipping information, and order history.
Personal information may be shared with payment processors, shipping providers, website service providers and other parties where necessary to fulfil orders, operate our services or meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Reasonable measures are taken to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You may have rights to access or correct your information, subject to relevant legal requirements.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tempest Labs is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of products, failure to comply with applicable laws, inaccurate information supplied by customers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
Tempest Labs may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page and will apply from the stated effective date, subject to applicable law.
